Brian Hannon Real Estate is your best local brokerage resource for the best land available. As a resident and business owner, here in Champaign County, I know what people want from a transaction. I also know every inch of the surrounding areas, and I use that knowledge to make sure you get the kind of amazing real estate experience you need.
But, for me, it’s not all just real estate transactions, day in and day out. It really comes down to people. I share a unique connection with this land and the people who work it. The members of my family were farmers, hunters, and businessmen in this area dating back to the 1800's. I like to research the best listings and everything about them – soil content, water access, proximity to downtown – then present it honestly, thoroughly, and in person as your personal, professional broker.
My real estate brokerage serves every type of client from every price bracket. Whether you are new to the area, and looking for a luxurious, rural retreat, or you need the best farmland, at the best price, I am here with the experience and listings you’ll find nowhere else.
My family has had strong roots here in Central Illinois since the 1800’s. In 1855, Henry Hannon built the first grain elevators in Ivesdale, IL. The network of newly built railroads made this location perfect for shipping capability. Henry ran the business for decades and then passed the family business on to Mike Hannon, and finally to Walter Hannon. Walter ran the business until 1960, when he retired. After over 100 years in the family, the grain elevator turned to a Co-op and so much more. Its a thriving business that has quadrupled in size. Having knowledge and connection to this land, and local farmers is in my blood.
